NB The exact entry requirements for 2009 have not yet been finalised, but an indication can be gained from the 2008 versions of the Entry Form and Guidance Notes.

2009 Entry Period
Submissions should be sent to arrive at RoSPA between 1st January and the closing date of 13th February 2009.

Early entry discount
All entries received prior to close of business on Friday January 23rd will be eligible for a £50 discount off the entry fee.

Late entries
Entries received after the closing date may be accepted at RoSPA’s discretion. However, please note that a late penalty fee will normally apply and that we cannot guarantee that any resulting awards will be included in the official presentation ceremonies in Birmingham (May) or Glasgow (June).
