This consultancy service will help you:
- Review and enhance the identification and provision of health and safety training

The RoSPA consultant will review existing methods for identifying and addressing health and safety training needs and produce a report summarising this and outlining an action plan for future improvements. The consultant can also work with you to help you implement this action plan.
- Develop a comprehensive training needs/competencies matrix to aid the ongoing identification of training needs:
The RoSPA consultant will identify the managerial and operational and health and safety of all employee positions. These will be synthesised into a spreadsheet matrix and classifies as mandatory, good practice and as required. The latter will include activities for which the organisation has a legal or critical operational obligation to ensure that it has a sufficient number of competent persons to carry out key tasks at all times when the site is occupied.

As well as the matrix a set of fundamental objective will be provided against each identified training need to assist the organisation to develop or brief a competent training provided in its requirements.
