This is a lower budget version of the MORR Review, which can easily be completed by a fleet manager or someone who knows the fleet activities equally well. It consists of a questionnaire that probes the policies and procedures currently in operation within the fleet and those who manage the fleet in order to give us a picture of where your organisation is now in terms of the MORR issue.
The line of questioning taken by this document is based on the HSE’s guidance, ‘Successful Health and Safety Management’ (HSG65), particularly the five steps approach they advocate. It also asks for some accident data that you may need to obtain from your insurer. Once completed, one of RoSPA’s senior MORR consultants who would normally conduct the full package MORR Review analyses your answers, makes recommendations, and prioritises the suggested actions accordingly. You are then sent a document that reports on the feedback supplied by our consultant.
If you require a more detailed and in-depth analysis of your organisation’s policies and procedures RoSPA recommends the MORR Review.
