| Revisions to the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations came in to force in 2007. The new, simplified Regulations revise and bring together the 1996 CDM Regulations and the Construction Health Safety and Welfare Regulations 1996 into one legal code. Having been involved in consultations to help develop the new Regulations, RoSPA is now ideally placed to communicate the changes to safety managers as well as offer practical advice on how to comply, and realise the business benefits. |
