Work Equipment
 This course is designed to introduce delegates to the general requirements for work equipment and is suitable for people with responsibility for reducing the risks from the use of equipment. |
What will the delegate bring back to the workplace? ● Knowledge of the hazards and risks associated with the use of work equipment, including hand held tools, electrical equipment and systems operating atmains voltage ● A thorough understanding of the control measures that should be taken to minimise risk ● The ability to identify mechanical and non-mechanical hazards and control of machinery ● Knowledge of the maintenance and inspection requirements |
